For over 30 years the Affordable Housing Association of Nova Scotia (AHANS) has been involved in building and in upgrading, protecting and better utilizing the province’s existing stock. We work in collaboration with non-profit housing providers, all levels of government, and the private sector from across the province.

Upcoming opportunities within the National Housing Strategy (NHS) create vast potential to improve and add to our affordable housing stock. However, inherent limitations of the sector require additional support and attention to meet eligibility criteria. In response, AHANS has added Non-Profit Housing Development Consultancy to its list of offerings.
