Call For Proposals
Reaching Home funding opportunities are available to all groups and communities looking to establish housing and facilities that support the reduction of homelessness in Nova Scotia.
Call for Proposals:
Call for Proposals for Reaching Home Investments for the fiscal period from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028.
Deadline for submission is December 8th, 2025. Please submit your application and supporting documents here.
AHANS will be hosting office hours via zoom for information on the application process. Please contact melissa@ahans.ca for more information.
Please note: This Call for Proposals is specifically for projects located within the Halifax Regional Municipality. A separate Call for Proposals for Rural and Remote Nova Scotia will be released later in November
