Every community in Canada is impacted socially and economically by homelessness.
The Government of Canada is committed to reducing chronic homelessness by 50% over the next decade.
To achieve this goal, the Government of Canada collaborates with communities to develop and implement data-driven initiatives that yield productive outcomes.
