Case/Care Review One-on-one coaching

A key aspect of service is the case (or care) review. Whether a staffing complement consists of Navigators, Housing Support Workers, or Intensive Case Managers, Supervisors can offer safe and responsible support through regular inquiry and coaching. Regular, efficient one-on-one case review allows supervisors to be aware of individuals and families goal plans, risk, frequency of contact, and next steps. AHANS can support case reviews through one-on-one coaching.

With an incredible growth of Service Providers across Nova Scotia, it’s become increasingly important to organize efforts to meet the collective training needs of the sector. AHANS is working with the sector to help connect teams to in-person and online training opportunities.
