Site Layout & Land Use

Site Plan Middle Sackville

The development is thoughtfully concentrated in the northwest corner of the 11-acre property.

This approach ensures:

Wetlands remain undisturbed

The majority of the natural landscape is maintained

The building sits naturally into the site's sloped topography

Landscaped buffers are proposed along Sackville Drive, Lumberman Drive, and Canting Drive to reduce visual impact and enhance privacy for surrounding homes.

This design significantly lowers the building's environmental footprint and reduces long-term operating costs.

The proposed building is designed as a net-zero energy building, meaning it will produce as much energy as it consumes using on-site PV solar panels.
